Chase Mill can be subdivided to provide our clients with any number of needs ranging from 500 square feet all the way up to 100,000 square feet. Uses can range anywhere from light industrial to office space to storage to retail. The possibilities are endless. All can be subdivided, with electrical service ranging from 110 to 440V service.
